On December 4, 2024, a working meeting was held at the RHI Veliko Tarnovo. A presentation was presented at the meeting with instructions for conducting a radon survey in kindergartens and nurseries in the region. Packages with detectors, questionnaires and information materials prepared by the NCRRP were distributed for conducting the survey. On December 5, 2024, experts from the NCRRP, together with inspectors from the RHI, installed duplicate detectors in childcare facilities in Gorna Oryahovitsa and Veliko Tarnovo.
